What Legal Hotline is
Legal Hotline is a legal information and intake service operated by Platfirm AI Pty Ltd. When you call, you speak with an AI legal assistant that can explain how the law generally works, what your options usually are, and what to prepare next. The service is free, available around the clock, and needs no appointment.
What Legal Hotline is not
Legal Hotline is not a law firm and does not practise law. Our AI assistant is not a lawyer, does not give legal advice, and speaking with it does not create a lawyer-client relationship. What it provides is general legal information — useful for understanding your situation, but not a substitute for advice from a lawyer who has looked at your specific facts.
